Lifetime Warranty

Bottoms Up Draught Systems’ dispensers and dispenser accessories are warranted to the original user/purchaser against material defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.

If a Bottoms Up Draught Systems product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide replacement parts or replace the product, at our discretion, without charge. Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Only original parts, unaltered and unmodified materials, and workmanship are covered by this policy. Repair or replacement labor as incurred is the exclusive responsibility of the purchaser. This warranty does not cover products that have been altered, repaired, or damaged by accident, improper installation, improper care, negligence, or abuse. Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) offers the highest level of protection available for all your Internet communication (including credit card use and financial transactions) and encrypts information you input. Sensitive data is securely transmitted during the checkout process. The SSL (secure sockets layer) protocol is the Web standard for encrypting communications between users and e-commerce sites. Data sent via an SSL connection is protected by encryption, a mechanism that prevents eavesdropping and tampering with any transmitted data. SSL provides businesses and consumers with the confidence that private data sent to a Web site (such as credit card numbers) are kept confidential. Web server certificates (also known as secure server certificates or SSL certificates) are required to initialise an SSL session. You can tell you are using an SSL-protected session with a web site when the URL in the address bar begins with an https prefix rather than http. Each browser may indicate this in other ways as well, including: displaying a gold coloured padlock in the status bar of the browser, highlighting the address bar with a different colour, and so on.
